Hi I am new to sparkpeople. My nutritonist recommended this site to me so that I can track my food daily.
I seem to be doing that ok just having trouble taking the time to exercise so not losing a lot of weight.
Any suggestions with someone like me who has some medical problems including COPD.

Hi there, me too... I just started tracking on sparkspeople! I have lost a bunch of weight before and have endedup gaining all of it and this time around i want to loose it for good!

Hi, I am new to sparks people. I have tried to lose weight several times throughout my life and I just didn't seem to get it right. I am starting today to get a new healthier me. I am tired of being out of energy and feeling like crap. I am looking forward to talking to you all on this journey we are all on.
