Make sure you make a SparkPage as this is how you can have people post to you to help inspire you! Please remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. It is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I am down 71 lbs with SparkPeople and I feel so much lighter and stronger and healthier every day! You can do it! Best of luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle!

No matter what you decide to do - try a new way of eating or not - you will find the support here on SparkPeople! You can use it in any way you want to so don't feel overwhelmed by all the gizmo's, options and goodies. I'd say give them all a try as you go but if they don't work for you - don't worry about it. There is enough great stuff here that even if you use 10% of the site you'll definitely gets lots of rewards and use out of it.

I am in need of motivation, and I came across this website watching weight loss stories on You Tube, while trying to make a decision about whether or not to go on the HCG diet. I'm not sure I have the mindset to stick to a diet without motivation from others, so I am hoping to get that here!
