Hi all... I joined SparkPeople in January and lost 15 lbs. quite quickly, but have been slacking off lately with my food tracking and exercise... I log on every day, read articles, correspond with friends, collect SparkPoints, but I haven't lost any more weight and have been going up and down the same 2 lbs. for about 2 months now. It's time for me to go back, re-read the articles, re-commit to the program and work at it!
