I started last Sept with a diet that ended with me gaining 17 pounds. I can't look in the mirror and I am so afraid if I don't do something about my eating habits within the next year I will gain more. Last week I approached things a little differently - a lifestyle change. I am not eating junk food anymore and I am not going on a diet ever again. I must admit yesterday I almost cried because I really wanted a cookie, how sad! In any event, I am going to continue to move forward. Lost a few pounds with simple changes. I am really hoping that eating right and less eventually take the pounds off?
