Sweet potato fries - slice up a sweet potato with the skin on , cut into strips like fries. place on a cookie sheet then spray them with Pam. bake 350 degrees turning after 10 minutes bake another 10 minutes or until crispy

My kids love a salad bar ! One bowl with salad greens A platter with sliced tomato, onions, green pepper stripes, celery, chick peas, feta cheese, croutons etc etc whatever you like
Butternut squash with bit of brown sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top
Boil some red skin potaoes with their skin, steam some green beans. Mix together, great combinaton. Spray with I can't believe its not butter spray.
