Today I overate....... Yesterday I took my daughter and.....I dropped her off at University for the first time....We stayed in a hotel and that is what stated it....A hotel breakfast...... We took her for a lunch before we left.....That was the middle of it.........Then to make matters worse we went round to family for dinner to tell them how the whole trip went...... That was the last of it.....I will be back tomorrow........i am miserable about today but I need to keep strong...... TO EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD A BAD DAY TODAY.......Join with me tomorrow and get back on track....together we can....... emoticon
