They're great in salads, sandwiches, soups and spring rolls but I wouldn't go through the expense of ordering them. They're basically a "filler," like lettuce, and add a squeaky, chewy texture. emoticon

I am dying to try these, but haven't found them around here! I need to see if we have a local Asian market and check there. Otherwise, I may resort to ordering them off the internet.

I bought some of these noodles but haven't tried them yet. Are they hard to make? I read on the package something about drying them off, etc. What kind of sauce did you use? I am looking for something fast and easy! Thanks!

Just found an amazing product at an independent health food store in Atlanta: tofu noodles. They come in a refrigerated, pre-cooked bag. I followed the recipe on the bag and had an entire BIG bowl of noodle primavera with veggies for 150 calories. The noodles them selves were only 20 cals. Must try for anyone trying to cut cals fat and carb but still love noodles!
