Chip, your salmon recipe sounds incredible! Have never tried Somen noodles. Please describe?

1 cup somen noodles tossed lightly in sesame oil
1 6 ounce Salmon filet, grilled medium rare
6 snow peas
1/4 cup julienne carrots
Ginger soy vinaigrette

Plate the noodles topped by the salmon, steam the veggies, cover the salmon, and then coat the fish and veggies with warm vinaigrette.

For dinner:

3 chicken breast tenders cubed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 low fat wheat wrap
1/2 tsp evoo (garlic flavored)
1/4 cup FF shredded Mozzeralla Cheese

Fry up in medium frying pan, chicken until brown, then add onions and evoo for few minutes until onions are brown.

place wheat wrap on baking sheet, add chicken/onion and top with cheese. In oven on 375 for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Too yummy.

and for dessert:

1/2 cup ff frozen yogurt with 100 calorie pack of grasshopper cookies blended for a nice little cookies and cream milkshake.
