You can either add that to your quick tracker OR you can enter a manual entry in your strength training tracker. Each entry made in the strength training tracker gives you credit for 5 minutes. I don't remember how long that part of the DVD is, but if it is 20 minutes, you would enter that manual entry 4 times to have it be equal to 5 minutes.

Hope that helps!

Thank you very much for responding so quickly. Is there any way to add the full body to the strength training? It was much more strength than cardio for me.

Cheers,
Rebecca

Help! I bought three Coach Nicole DVDs because I can't stream workouts. I just finished the 30 minute full body strength training from the 28 Day Bootcamp. I'm very frustrated because I can't find how to track it under strength training. Is it there and I just don't know what I am doing? Or is it not there?

Cheers,
R

Just finished my first workout with the 28 day Bootcamp! What a workout the Total Body Challenge is! I have been going to the gym to do Zumba and Turbo Kick but it is nice to have something to do at home when classes aren't offered! I think combining the 28 day workout with the Total Body Challenge will do the job! Happy reducing!!

For questions like that about the DVD, you can join this team and check the question thread (I believe that may have been answered in that thread, but if you don't see it, you can post your question there): www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_individ

The 28 Day Bootcamp DVD exercises listed in the dropdown menu don't include the warm up/cool down time (10 min. total). When tracking, should I include the 10 minutes in the time? For example, Tone & Burn is 22 min. Should I enter 32 minutes as my time? Would that even give me an accurate calorie burn?
