My fitness center just purchased an erg and I've started working out on it 3-4 times a week. I'm having a little problem when I go to track my workout.
Is using the erg considered 'rowing?' If so, what is considered a 'moderate' workout since that it the lowest it goes. I'm not working out like my daughter did back when she was on the crew team or anything like that. I'm just rowing down stream at a nice steady pace.
Is there any way for me to just track how far I row in however long it takes me?
