Hi, I'm new to this plan, having joined about two weeks ago.
And today, I ran into a tracking problem. I made a pasta dinner. My sauce consisted of Hunts canned pasta sauce which was "beefed" up with ground turkey, fried up in a tablespoon of olive oil, along with sauteed chopped onion, garlic and a green pepper (another teaspoon of olive oil). Everything was mixed. On the track sheet, I put down all the ingredients, since there's no way of calculating exactly the amount I actually ate of each ingredient. I ate about 1/8th of what I made, portioning off the rest and freezing it for later meals.
So, how do I go about tracking such dishes? I'll undoubtedly run into the same problem when I make soups, stews, chillis, etc.
