I used to drink 8-10 huge 24 ounce cups of coffee a day. I ran out, and couldn't get to a store. I was so bad, I had the shakes, my family almost had me in the hospital. I drink coffee rarely anymore.

That would be a total disaster.

I even take my espresso-maker with me when I'm on holiday .. *yess* :)

I understand how this could be tragic. I cannot imagine getting a good start to the day without coffee.
Glad you had an alternative way to make it.

I have a coffee press as a backup if the coffee machine breaks. There is always 5 coffee shops only a few minutes from my house as well.

My coffee pot went a little crazy this morning as well. Fortunately it made enough coffee so a mess along with it. Hopefully all it needs is a good cleaning otherwise it's off ot walmart I go. Gotta have my morning coffee. Glad you were able to adapt as well.

Have a great Sunday.

I managed to break the carafe for the coffeemaker! I haven't ever done that I don't think, so it's rather humorous. And at least it's not Monday today.

Fortunately, the dogs were outside and I have an espresso machine. So, I made some americanos for my husband and me. Delicious.
