Everyone is welcome! The idea is to try new healthy recipes and see other recipes/reviews from our friends. Here is how it works...

1. Post a recipe (one that you haven't made before) that you have the nutritional information on. Many cooking magazines, cook books, and websites now have the nutritional information available for their recipes. There is a huge selection at www.sparkrecipes.com/ or ww-recipes.net/ or www.3fatchicks.com/diet-recipes/

2. Make your recipe!

3. Review your recipe! I think it is really helpful to quote your post where you posted the recipe, then write your review. Tell us if your picky kids/husband ate it, if it was too dry or bland, or if it was perfect! Be sure to say if you would make it again or what changes you might make.

I thought we could do a two week rotation. Post your recipe by Saturday 9/10/11 and make/review it by Monday 9/19/11.

Remember guys and gals, the idea here is to try something new and report back and let the rest of us know how it turned out.

Who's in??
