I had a great chiropractor when I was younger BUT he moved to another state. I have not been able to find anyone the same since! He fixed me many times over the years. BTW I am a "Kristina" as well. Thanks for the input! emoticon

emoticon Ice is your friend for inflammation. You might try a chiropractor as well. Not the ones that use the clicker, go to one with a drop table. Find one highly rated with good feedback. A good one will do an x-ray first visit. My mom walked around with her hip out of alignment for months, doctors offered muscle relaxants...the chiropractor just fixed it. I had the same thing with my back and knee and pretty much everything else when I was pregnant. Chiropractor fixed all kinds of things for me!

Lately I have been experiencing lots of pain from a 3 year old back & hip injury. The pain has prevented me from exercising. Tonight I found a Classical music station and just stretched my body (and mind) for 30 minutes. Hopefully this helps me to relax & ease some pain! SMALL accomplishment but I'm proud I pushed myself!!
