I am the same way I can do really good while I am at work but when I get home it is like ohh food. And I eat and eat and eat. I have to start finding things to do to not eat so much in the evening.

The trouble with night eating is it shows up the next day. LOL

Those are my triggers as well...maybe you could spend your evening time researching/planning something fun to do when your daughter returns?

These are two of my BIGGEST pitfalls as well! It is so frustrating to have a great relationship with food all day and then munch my way through the whole kitchen at night. I have made it two nights in a row with no mindless/bored eating at night.

We can do this!

I have always been an emotional eater or a bored eater. I'm finding it hard since my daughter is gone for a couple of weeks to not get into that habit at night. emoticon

I can do anything I set my mind to!!!
