Those are my triggers as well...maybe you could spend your evening time researching/planning something fun to do when your daughter returns?

These are two of my BIGGEST pitfalls as well! It is so frustrating to have a great relationship with food all day and then munch my way through the whole kitchen at night. I have made it two nights in a row with no mindless/bored eating at night.

I have always been an emotional eater or a bored eater. I'm finding it hard since my daughter is gone for a couple of weeks to not get into that habit at night.
