I know how you feel, I lost track a week ago and am getting back to it. You can do it! I find that it helps picturing your ultimate goal, it pushes you forward. I have a picture on my mirror that I see every morning. We are all on this journey together and we can do it!

It is a hard journey but we are all in this together. Good step in picking yourself up and getting back on track again. Today is a new day and You can Do it!

I was very motivated and then for some reason had this compulsion to eat everything in site. Back on track today but I don't know for how long.
