Well Im on my7th workout, doing Turbo Sculpt today. Praying when I do my Measurments Tuesday I will see some results, but if not thats fine I will keep pushing on. Good luck to everyone else.

I also started the Turbo Jam last Tuesday, Today is my rest day but I've been doing the Learn/burn my first 2 days and then the 20 min Turbo Jam, and then Turbo Jam Cardio. I love the excersises but that Sharlene is really cool on how she coaches. I also do the Firm Ab Sculpt. I use to do The Firm all the time but just stopped and the weight just started back also. So this time with encouragement from others, ITS ON!!! I'm to with this 28 day plan. Lets do this.

Missed a couple days of posting but I'm back. Day 7 of Turbo Jam Punch, Kick & Jam completed. I haven't done that workout before & I really liked it! Especially since the last 14 minutes or so was a capoeira cool down. I didn't have tubes w/ me so I just continued to use my weighted gloves.

In addition to doing my Turbo Jam workouts, I'm also doing 7 days of Bikram Yoga & I started a few days ago so I'm on Day 3 of that. It's been challenging & rewarding to be able to do both workouts a day. It's a huge time commitment but I feel so good & proud of myself.

BTW, today's mys bday & I can't wait to celebrate at dinner w/ my husband. I will eat guiltlessly. :)

Did Day 2 of my personal Turbo Jam 28-Day Challenge. It was the 20-Minute workout & it went by so fast! It is a great workout when you are short on time but still want to sweat & burn some calories.

Started Day 1 today of my Turbo Jam 28-Day Challenge w/ Learn & Burn. I also used the gloves that came w/ the program. I could really feel the difference working out w/ them. Heading to Las Vegas Athletic Club tonight to weigh myself. I also still need to take my measurements & a before photo. I hope everyone is doing well!

Tomorrow starts Day 1. Today I'm going to do some meal planning & grocery shopping. I'll be starting with the 10-Day Kick Start meal plan & go to the meal plan in the guidebook after that. Also, today is my last day of the Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse.

Aloha Everyone,

My name is Marlena. I'm originally from Hawaii but just moved to Las Vegas 2 months ago. I'm a newlywed and my main profession is a singer. I also coach and motivate people w/ their health & fitness online & in person. And next week is my birthday!

So this is my birthday present & challenge to myself...Complete the 28-Day Turbo Jam Program so that I can see what results I can achieve if I stick to the fitness program & nutrition. My goal is to lose 10 lbs & stick to a Pescatarian eating lifestyle. I also plan to drink Shakeology everyday & follow the recipes on the calendar. I'm actually on Day 2 of the 3-Day Shakeology Cleanse & have already lost 2 lbs.

I've always hated taking before & after photos, measurements, & videos of myself but doing this challenge will make me be accountable to myself & to others. I plan to post everyday until June 8th when the challenge is done. Topics will range from the workout, reminders to take pix or measurements, food, life in general or just to say hi!

I hope that at least 1 person joins me. We'll have lots of fun!
