I been here 2 years and i feel the food tracker is my main tool ! If i don't use it i can exspect to stay the same or gain weight that week ! emoticon I AM HERE TO LOSE MY WEIGHT GET HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER SO I GOT TO USE IT ! emoticon If you can do it without the tracker great ! If you have time look at my tracker the way it's set up it takes me about 5 minutes to track my food for the day ! I LOVE IT ! What works for me might not work for you or vise versit just search for what works for you and have fun with the journey ! emoticon emoticon

Well here is my update for you Sparksters, I have been on the site for a month now and have lost 15 pounds! I am also under 200 pounds again which makes me even more super excited! I have been slacking alot on the food tracker on this thing but it doesnt mean I havent dramatically lowered my intake and have been eating healthier stuff. I do track my workouts cause Im curios to see how many calories Ive burned. But I must be doing good SO FAR! Thanks you guys for all your support!
