I been here 2 years and i feel the food tracker is my main tool ! If i don't use it i can exspect to stay the same or gain weight that week !
I AM HERE TO LOSE MY WEIGHT GET HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER SO I GOT TO USE IT !
If you can do it without the tracker great ! If you have time look at my tracker the way it's set up it takes me about 5 minutes to track my food for the day ! I LOVE IT ! What works for me might not work for you or vise versit just search for what works for you and have fun with the journey !
