I just got home from the Big Easy... I was really worried that I would pack on the pounds with all the booze, food, and general lounging that occurs around there. HA! I actually lost 2 pounds. I credit my girlfriend for some of it making me get up early and running one day and going to the gym for a workout another. That and we walked around 7-8 miles every day. I never thought it was possible to lose weight eating gumbo, jambalaya, po boys, fried everything... Plus, there was quite a bit of booze consumed on the trip. I am amazed!
The only thing i have to lose is weight!
