by natto, I assume you mean the Japanese beans? Have you ever eaten them?

Other than Vegemite, they are the most disgusting things I have ever eaten!!

Many health food stores have multivitamins targeted for vegetarians and vegans. You could check into that. If all else fails, check Amazon... they have everything!!

If you really want natto- they are fermented soy beans, so I am sure you can find a recipe online and make them yourself. Which might be a little weird.. but maybe worth a shot.

I don't have a problem finding tempeh here in the U.S. but I have never found natto!

K2 can be found in tempeh, too. Not sure if you can get that easily, seeing as you have a hard time finding natto. Good luck!

blackstrap molasses, cooking in cast iron or cooking with iron [as in nails, cleaned, but bought from the hardware store] are all easy ways to get iron.
and k2 or b2?

I need some lazy sources of nutrition for veganism. I seem, when I am tracking to be lacking in iron and have been advised that i might lack k2 as a vegan. In the Us apparently k2 can be got from natto, we dont get natto here easily in the uk, what else has k2, and what is k2?
I seem to be able to meet calcoum needs via almond milk, which is great news (thanks sparkpeoplers) now its the other nutrients!
been vegan 6 years.
