blackstrap molasses, cooking in cast iron or cooking with iron [as in nails, cleaned, but bought from the hardware store] are all easy ways to get iron. and k2 or b2?

I need some lazy sources of nutrition for veganism. I seem, when I am tracking to be lacking in iron and have been advised that i might lack k2 as a vegan. In the Us apparently k2 can be got from natto, we dont get natto here easily in the uk, what else has k2, and what is k2? I seem to be able to meet calcoum needs via almond milk, which is great news (thanks sparkpeoplers) now its the other nutrients! been vegan 6 years.
