When I don't eat bad carbs (white flour, sugar, etc.), I crave raw vegies.

I notice that when I work out consistently, my body naturally craves fruits and veggies more. Today as part of lunch, I had a big bowl of leafy green lettuce (not useless iceberg), small tomatoes, and baby carrots - all without any dressing. And it actually tasted good!
