I know a few people who have done a Mud Run and I hear it is loads of fun but as for the difficulty, never heard one way or the other.

I'm supposed to do a 5K Mud Run.. has anyone ever done a mud run? I'm worried about it - but it is something I definitely need to challenge myself to do.

Wish me luck!

I did a real one July 4th and have a virtual scheduled for the first week of August (I believe). I've really fallen off training but hope to get back to it tomorrow as our schedule will get back to normal. I am hoping to see improvement over my earlier race time but I will be happy with anything near it as I won't have the motivation of other runners. Good luck everyone!

I signed up today but for one that starts in about 7 weeks. I am really excited. I did the Breast Cancer Awareness 5K walk last year.

Just signed up today.....I'm about half way to goal without training. Hopefully I can hit goal in the next couple of weeks to run a 5k without stopping.
