You sure do a lot for other people
Itīs good
Balance is also important
Jesus said We shall love other people as our selves.
When both is gained at the same time or as a balance
sometimes for us sometimes for others

Just something to have in mind

I could have gone to work by myself, but I took others who needed a drive to the location. Great work camraderie, and lots of good will in getting things done.

No special activities today involving volunteer organization. I had to go "carless" while car was at shop for service. Used bus service and friends to get me to the bus stops. Then walked to the destination.

I trust that someone was listening to the message the demonstration was highlighting.

You are very active
As long as itīs fun itīs good and also giving yourself something
tomorrow there will be a political demonstration in Copenhagen
That gives some walking plus the transportation with stairs here and there
I hope Iīm less tired than to day

Volunteer at a performance function - putting up and striking down the set. Then doing the performance. Not necessarily the most traditional "workout" - but functional and fun.

"What's fun -- gets done!"

Finding stored equipment -- setting it up and then tearing it down and putting it back into storage. Feels good to think about something outside of yourself, and the good that it does for others.

Upcoming community event needs tickets sold. Extra steps and running around needed to make that happen. More "active living", even if it is not a formal workout.

Young people needed early morning transportation, and adult supervision to return home. I was part of both "projects". The clean up that was needed for the vehicle caused me to add extra steps for both stair climbing and walking; and the adult supervision piece also included both activities.

At the gym I checked the locker room for neatness; someone noticed, but I declined their offer to receive something for it. These are the things that you do because "it is the right thing".

I spent more time than I expected getting the music together. It was so worth it.... the flow of the music and the sense of peace felt calming and helpful.

To day I have collected money for refugees in war areas
I walked 2― hours and registered it on the fitness tracker as walking even though I also ran a bit.
It gave quite a few spark point and calories used.
