i have wanted to quit working out and just eat whatever but i know that i wouldnt be happy with myself later. so i just push through it cause i want to look beautiful in my wedding dress

I know how you feel my man is getting laid off monday and we are having the same issues with food and stuff. but i still am working out even if i cant eat right. dont give up just keep working out and keep your head up. you can do it i know t.

AAAAHHH!! I am so frustrated! We are completely broke right now because my fiance got hurt and has missed the past two weeks of work and well we have no groceries in the house so I've been scrounging around trying to find some-what healthy things to eat and its definitely been hard. And ya know what else sucks.. i can totally tell a difference how my body feels when I eat that crap, I dont want to do anything! So i havent been working out.. and it sucks. I really hope I get back on track soon, I'm running out of time to lose some of this weight.

TODAY IS GOOD PUSHED MYSELF TO WORKOUT. DIDNT DO AS MUCH AS I KNOW I CAN BUT I DID ENOUGH TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER. MAYBE WILL GET SOME MORE WORKOUTS IN LATER. I JUST KEEP TELLING MYSELF YOU CAN DO THIS YOU JUST HAVE TO WANT IT FOR YOURSELF.

I'm so proud of myself today!! I came home before my fiance so I took advantage of some me time while the weather was nice and layed out for a few minutes (gotta get my tan on before august sneaks up on me and I look like a ghost bride!). Then he came home and we watched some tv for a little while....but THEN!!...I actually got up and did a workout!! Normally I would have just stayed there but Not today!! :) I'm so happy!!

WOW!!!
I JUST WAS SO SORE THIS MORNING AND DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING NOT EVEN WORKOUT.. BUT I PUSHED MYSELF AND DID A 10MIN VIDEO FOR 30MINS AND 12 OTHER WORKOUTS AND I FEEL GREAT.

I do lots of mini workouts thru the day, walks, squats, everyone I work with gets involved, it's fun. Today we even started a fitness challenge with anotehr region so things are going well there. 30 pounds to go until my August wedding! Use your fiance to keep you going, use your friends, announce it to the world and that will keep you focused on how you want to look on your wedding day!

yeah, I hate getting up in the morning, I would rather stay in bed with my fiance than get up and workout. My fiance always pushes me to workout when i get home, its definitely a big help. He'll keep asking.. did you workout? are you going to workout? you need to workout. and for me to get him to shut up all i have to do is workout! lol. Now when it comes to food.. he doesnt help at all! I've been trying to talk to him about it, but it goes through one ear and out the other. He's trying to gain weight and that kinda counter-effects my efforts. lol. I'm sticking with it though.

Have you guys bought your dresses yet? Or are you waiting to lose some weight first?

I'd have to get up at 4 am to work out in the morning. And that makes me sad b/c I LOVE LOVE LOVE morning workouts! My office has a gym downstairs that I could use during lunch but I don't get a very long lunch break so I would have to stay at work later to make up for it. I used to work out EVERYDAY after work so I know I can get into that habit! I just have to stop letting myself get lazy when I get home! I talked to the "hubby" about it this morning and he has agreed to help me stay motivated. If I say I don't want to go b/c I just don't feel like it, he has agreed to push me and urge me to go. Hopefully that will help! We'll see if he actually sticks to that! We've both been pretty lazy lately!

I HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH WORKING OUT JUST TO TIRED NOW I JUST CANT WAIT TO WORKOUT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO NEW STUFF TO KEEP ME GOING AND MY MAN HELPS. I FEEL GREAT AFTER.

Corky - I use to have an hour commute to work everyday too before I moved. I definitely know where you're coming from about getting home and all you want to do is relax on the couch. What helped me was to get in some kind of workout during my lunch break and then doing a short workout in the morning before work and then another one at night, as soon as i got home i would change into my workout clothes and do a quick workout. Trust me all the short workouts add up quickly!

Hey ladies!! I'm also getting married in August and want to lose about 30 lbs before then! I'm horrified my dress isn't going to fit! I'm doing pretty good this week with eating but exercise has been an issue for me lately. I have an hour commute 1 way each day and by the time I get home, I'm exhausted!! I know I need to take the time for me and work out but it's so hard to go home and hear the couch calling my name! Especially with an injured fiance who agrees with the couch!!

MINE LIKES TO EAT OUT TO BUT HE DOES IT FOR LUNCH WHEN HES AT WORK CAUSE HE KNOWS I DONT WANT TO EAT IT. AND I DO THE 10MIN VIDEOS ON HERE AND THE WII, AND JUST SO EXTRAS TO KEEP ME GOING.

I've also started walking with my dad every night after work for about an hour, and then i go home and do a workout with Jillian Michaels (No More Trouble Zones) I do that 4 times a week and then i do the 30 day shred on Sunday afternoons. My healthy eating habits are the hardest thing for me to stick to. My fiance loves to eat out and its driving me crazy!
