It's a no-brainer - smaller dress size, or smaller number on the scales? It happens to us all and eventually evens out. It's when nothing at all happens and you believe that you're doing everything right - that makes it really hard to keep motivation up.
That is happening to me. When I wasn't seeing the numbers go down as much, I was getting disappointed. When it was my dress fitting last week, I soon found out that the dress I had chosen to wear was way too big. The seamstress highly suggested not to get it altered because it was more than she can usually do. I ended up in a smaller dress and it fits perfectly.

You're lucky enough to be changing the shape of your body. I would take inches over pounds any day of the week!

"I don't know which is best to lose inches or weight."
Oh, yes. I want to change my body composition and not be just a smaller version of my former self. Muscle gained is important to me and I don't want to lose too much muscle as I lose weight. Skinny does not equal healty with risk of osteoporosis as women. Muscle looks hot to me.
