Hi there, there's a few website's that can help you figure out just how many calories you are burning when you are walking. I believe it is in a combination of stride , weight and distance. Many of these sites have calculators to help you figure it out, because it can be difficult to do on your own. I hope this is helpful and congratulations on tracking your fitness. Way 2 Go Girl ;-)

surely. I read that to calculate using your strides ; every stride equals .005 calories. therefore 20000 strides equal 5 miles.
