My husband and I walk a little over two miles each morning. (His health prevents him from walking further at this point.) I have begun walking with a 3 lb. dumbbell in each hand and doing "arm?" exercises as we go. What are some good exercises for upper body while walking (I have post-menopausal osteoporosis) that will strengthen my spine and get my upper body in shape. Also, how do I add this to my fitness tracker. Ya'll are inspirational.
