oh ok, then! any recipe calling for fish filets would work... I like baking with lemon and bread/cracker crumbs or lightly pan frying it with little oil or non-stick spray... I love fish, so I like to keep it simple, but you can certainly dress it up with a light cream sauce (fat free half and half is a great substitute for cream in cooking)... roasted veggies, wild rice, or quinao make great sides too :-)

Hi, having never cooked this fish on a low cal diet, I need recipe ideas to cook it. Got any ideas?
