I work twelve hour shifts and I'm tired and want to relax when I come home. I've made changes to incorporate more exercise into my work, like jogging up the stairs and such. My problem is wasting time on my days off. Some days I'm so happy to be off work that I forget about being healthy and exercising. My wife packs nutritious lunches and sometimes pon off days I just want junk food and rest. Yes, I feel bad afterward, but still working on breaking the habit.
