I'VE ALSO CONTACTED THE SODA POP,COFFEE,& EVEN BEER MAKERS IN HOPES THAT THEY MIGHT CATCH ON & HAVE CONCENTRATED SMALL BOTTLES TO ADD TO CARBONATED/SELTZER WATER.I'D RATHER CARRY A SMALL BOTTLE THAN 24 PACK OF POP/BEER.I REALLY HOPE THEY CONSIDER MY IDEA I THINK IT WOULD DEFINTELY REPLACE THE CANS & BOTTLES.

I have not seen Crystal lite with Splenda in my area. I drink one cup of coffee, water and one tea Crystal Light daily.

I like Pure Lemon - I also like the various Hawaiian Punch flavors, or crystal light... fresh fruit like limes or lemons... they all work well

Water is always the best choice :-) As a former sodapop addict, I have learned to l-o-v-e sparkling water (it was the carbonation I craved, more than the sugar), and I also like to add lime to plain filtered water.
I also want to mention - since the subject of artificial sweeteners comes up a lot and is a concern to many, including myself - that if something is labeled 'sugar free' it most likely has artificial sweetener in it. If that's not a concern for you, then go for it. But don't be fooled -- always read labels; when something says 'sugar free' don't assume that it has no artificial sweetener in it.
Oh, and be careful with Mio. I don't know from experience, because I can't tolerate the taste of or I get nauseated from artificial sweeteners, but more than one person has told me that too much Mio will... erm, how do I put this delicately... make one's bowels loose (!)

I used to use it, but it began to taste too sweet to me. I tapered off and eventually I don't need it any more. It's def better than nothing.

I rarely drink plain water, but I use propel zero powder and delute it down, rather than crystal light, which I found to taste too artificial.

I drink water with just a couple of drops of MIO in each 2 1/2 cups of water. That is all it takes.

I started by making it half strength...and now I water it down even more. Then you can transition to more pure water.

I use the Target sugar free tea peach or lemon tea, I don't think it has any artificial sweeteners so you can try those if you are concerned over that aspect. I can't drink plain water either so it helps to get the liquid in for the day~

Becky is correct! I use Crystal Light and I've found that I don't add as much as I used to. It sure does help to drink down that water!
If plain water is difficult for you to tolerate, then using the artificial sweetener-flavoring is a good fix. You may find that you do not even need to add the whole amount listed....just a little sprinkling can do the trick.

Crystal Light is certainly better than NOT drinking water, but plain water is always your best choice. I think it's because the Crystal Light has artificial sweeteners.
With that said, I'm a firm believer in moderation in everything.
