Good for you for starting....now stick with it!! It does work...not always as fast as we'd llike but if we do the right stuff, we'll get there. Day by day....you can do it!!

Well I started this program a week ago. I have not noticed any weight loss yet. But I know it takes time. I had a couple bad days when I ate something & then realized it had too many calories. So a little frusturating at times but overall I am feeling good. And I am drinking water. I am determined to stick with this. I can't give up on me.
