Good for you for starting....now stick with it!! It does work...not always as fast as we'd llike but if we do the right stuff, we'll get there.

Well I started this program a week ago. I have not noticed any weight loss yet. But I know it takes time. I had a couple bad days when I ate something & then realized it had too many calories. So a little frusturating at times but overall I am feeling good. And I am drinking water. I am determined to stick with this. I can't give up on me.
