I usually choose first thing in the morning.
However, if that's not convenient for you - then just be consistent, and always do it at around the same time of the day, weekly

Another vote for first thing in the morning. Your weight will fluctuate more during the day as you eat and drink. I find I get a pretty predictable weigh-in result first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

I would say first thing in the morning as well. but as long as you remain consistent, anytime should work. I weigh in right before i shower (once a month or once every other month)
