I have lost a little over 40 pounds. I feel good and I am looking better. I have more energy and I can fit into clothes that I have not been able to fit into before. I am the type of that needs to see immediate results so I decided to try the HCG diet and it really worked for me. I still have a long way to go. It has taught me how to cook for myself and I am still practicing not eating processed foods and I basically eat protein, veggies and fruits. I have found that I don't miss the strachy foods and I don't miss the sugar. I have had 2 cheat days and it was just one meal and I get back on track the next day.
This is a lifestyle change for me and that is the way that I have to view it, because if I don't I will never be able to keep off the weight that I have lost. I don't go out to lunch and I rarely go out to dinner. I have stopped rewarding myself with food and am choosing to reward myself with being able to move and fitting into some clothes that I have kept as a just in case, I did lose weight. It can be done and I will continue to do what I am doing. I will eventually go back on the drops and I will lose more, but right now, I am allowing my body and mind to catch up with my weight loss.
