This is a major non scale victory to me. I pulled a pair of jeans out of the dryer thought they were my daughters because they were so small and realized they were mine.
Funny we never see ourselves as small as we are.
A day at a time.

Today was a good day. I excercise for an hour and tracked my food. I work midnights and am heading to bed soon so I know my day is done. I'll get up shower and make lunch and head to work.

I've reached this point several times before just to go back to my old ways and gain most or all of the weight back. This is my accountability journal. My goal weight is 137. I will record on here daily of my successes and oops along the way. I'm hoping to find some friends and encourage each other and maintain or reach our goals together. A day at a time.
