I want to save $50 a week. So the end of this week, I'll have 50, next I would have 100... so on and so forth. I've been spending all my money since I got my job, and I need to save it for something good. Maybe once I lose 10 lbs, I'll treat myself. ;) ~LeeNuhPea

My goal for this week is to stay under 1100 calories a day, eat no later than 6pm, exercise for at least 20 minutes, and drink at least 6-8 cups of water.
Continue to track faithfully and hoepfully it will pay off.

My goal is to take a twenty minute walk/jog, six days this week, so far so good!!! Also I want to try and get in atleast 5 eight oz glasses of water a day and add fruit and veggies!!!! So far I feel satisfied with todays progress. I like posting it makes me feel like I'm putting this out there so I better do what I say I'm gonna!!!!! Goodluck to everyone this week!!!!!

I just got a piece of weight equipment that I can do several different strength training exercise on. I'm pumped. So my goal for this week is to strength each day this week.
