I am having an "aha" day today. Amazed with myself that after three weeks I am still going strong with healthy eating and exercise. I usually quit after about two weeks.
So I am reflecting on what motivates me other than the scale. Mine doesn't seem to want to move much.
What motivates me?
- I have more endurance. I can climb a flight of stairs and not be winded.
- I am accomplishing something and not giving up.
- I have more energy. No junk food will do that.
