What stands in MY way of reaching my goal? - ME!
Yes, some obstacles may stand in our way occasionally, but it's how I react to those obstacles that defines whether I stay on the right "path" or not. It's not the obstacle itself that determines that.
So, yeah, it's ME!

Finding the balance between reducing calories and maybe starving body so metabolism slows down to eating too many calories and carbs (suggested calorie range is way too high for me)....Just can't seem to get the balance right.So, what stands in my way is not reall yknowing what is the correct calorie range for me.
