No such thing. :) The only shoes that are the best are the ones that fit your budget, your feet, and your needs. I have a pair of nike running shoes I bought for less than $100 that I love for running, though they're wearing out. I also have a pair of "ryka" shoes I got at Academy Sports for $50, some trainers, and I LOVE them.
There are as many answers as feet! Go try what's out there, and see what you like. What kind of shoes you need will depend on what kind of workouts you do. If you walk, walking shoes. If you run, running shoes. Like step? Get something with grippy soles.
