Sparkling Ice beverage. My favorite is the Coconut Pineapple, there is also a Mango Orange and a few others. 0 calories/0 carbs/0 Sugar. I found these at Marsh grocery in downtown Indy but they are also available on Amazon if you cannot find them locally. OMG They are sooooo good!!!

I love a tablespoon of peanut butter on a carmael rice cake. It gives me the protein I need. I also love skinny cow ice cream bars at 70 calories for one.

I'm sure this isn't what you meant, but 10 M&M's have about 30 calories and satisfy a chocolate craving.

For real food--you can eat tons of berries (in season now) for very few calories.

Popcorn with cinnamon sugar on top. Yummy and filling, and helps the sweet tooth! Also, fruit, greek yogurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top.

There are no shortcuts. No magic bullets. No secret spells. What works is hard work, dedication, and a daily dose of chocolate.

Since sparking I have made some great discoveries to add to my diet. Some of my favs include marzetti fat free croutons and 25 calorie hormel bacon to make my salads seem indulgent. I enjoy making homemade salsa's to go with fish and I love propel raspberry lemonade 10 cal packs for water. I also have discovered Kashi - love all of their products.

What have you come across to make your diet more fun and tasty?
