I'm short too, 5'2" and very small framed. I started out at 149 with a goal of 100. I'm not so sure about body fat though since my gym just has one of those hand held devices. I think those only measure the body fat in your upper body. I am pear shaped and carry all my fat in my belly and thighs, and the device is measuring me bordering on having too little body fat. I know that's not the case because I still have rolls on my belly when I sit and there is no space between my inner thighs. I honestly don't care much about my goal weight at this point. I would just like to have slimmer thighs and flat abs.
