I was just in Croatia on a beach holiday so I definitely wanted to keep the pounds off.. and I did with somewhat success. I walked as much as I possibly could.. drank a lot of water, and when I drank I avoided beer and sugary cocktails... Those are just some simple things so you don't need to stress. And of course, keep in mind how much you each.. enjoy yourself but packing lunches and not having every meal in the restaurant could be good as well.
