i try to track all food i eat and do a little more exercise everyday. so far it has worked, and i have maintained my weight for the last three months.

Pack healthy foods while traveling if possible and walk. Walk lets you see the beauty of the place you're in and appreciate it at the same time you're keeping yourself fit. Two purposes in one.

I was just in Croatia on a beach holiday so I definitely wanted to keep the pounds off.. and I did with somewhat success. I walked as much as I possibly could.. drank a lot of water, and when I drank I avoided beer and sugary cocktails... Those are just some simple things so you don't need to stress. And of course, keep in mind how much you each.. enjoy yourself but packing lunches and not having every meal in the restaurant could be good as well.
