Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a seconds encounter with God and with eternity" -Paulo Coelho Alchemist

I have learned a lot about food and how important it is to track it
I learned that to lose weight you don't have to pay for surgery or take weird supplements or cut food groups out of your diet. You need to eat to lose weight. The most valuable idea is that you have to change your diet to lose weight, it can't just be exercise alone. I used to just exercise and hope the pounds would fly off. It wasn't until I used the food journal tool properly that I lost 55 pounds!
Is it wrong to fight time, to turn it back or push it forward? Time was never mine.
