Cool! Glad to hear that it wasn't just me! I've only been around SP for a week but really got a surprise a few days back when I added something I planned to eat and it maxed out everything..... needless to say, I ate something else !!! emoticon

Glad it's fixed

Hi STRUMERCAT,

I was able to reproduce and then fix your issue. Sorry for the problems you had! If you have any incorrect data, you should be able to delete the food and re-add it to get the correct nutrition data.

Thanks for your patience!
Josh

I'm sorry to hear you can't reproduce the issues. I am ready to quit the site over it. I entered mozzarella cheese - part skim 1 oz and it came up as 283 calories. When I just now went back in and tried again, it was down to 72 calories. What about Ritz Crackers - is it really 500 calories for 5 crackers? What happened to the choices for celery - you used to be able to select how many stalks you had. Now you can only select cups or grams. It's hard to translate 2 stalks into chopped cups. Look at regular beer - it is saying it's 39 calories for 1 can or 12 oz. If I can't trust the tracker to provide the right numbers, it's not worth tracking. If I can't use the site for tracking, then I am going to look elsewhere. MyFitnessPal has a good tracker with the things I used to like about this one.

We haven't been able to reproduce the issues on our end, but our Tech folks are going to keep looking into it. I'll let you know if they find anything.

Thanks!

Coach Jen

I've had some similar problems last week, but I think someone may have been working on it because they resolved themselves at the end of the day. One of the items on my tracker showed 444 points, so I was over my calories for the day. I ran the report, and it said I was under my calories, so I went back to the nutrition tracker and it had the right amount.
Sometimes you just need to do the "search" to get multiple options. By the way, I think there are 26 or 27 grams to the ounce, if that helps.

A 5 ounce glass of red wine is now showing up as 360 calories. Items that used to have drop down choices now only have 1 choice ( example peaches no longer lets you pick a large or small fruit, just by the cup - not intuitive). Sometimes if there is a drop down choice and you select tablespoon instead of the default cup, it calculates the cup amount anyway ? I can't even give an example because the ones I had no longer have the choice I use anyway ( Italian dressing- tablespoon is no longer an option, now I have to remember how many tbsp in a cup. Beef tenderloin - ounces are no longer an option. I cannot visualize grams). This started last week.

Any help would be appreciated. It's taking me twice as long to track food now.

I don't know what is going on. I have tried to email, nothing happens, points don't show up. Some things seem to come up as very high in calories. Maybe it's because I'm pretty new and not using the site correctly. All-in-all, I've had a tough time with various areas of this site. Maybe the calorie thing is just a glitch.

Can you give any specific examples?

Thanks!

It seems like the tracker is changing quantities and calorie totals that were formerly accurate are now grossly overstated. Does anyone have any insight?
