too much sugar in the premade ones for me. I prefer to make my own and use veggies, peanut butter or almond butter for added protein if necessary.

I use a protein powder to supplement my protein intake because I am currently trying to increase my muscle mass. But, without the shake, I still meet (easily) my daily protein requirements. I personally would only use a shake to supplement if need or for the occaisional quick pick me up, but not as a meal replacement. I'd rather eat my food, thanks!

I am not a breakfast eater...So, the shakes are great way for me to start the the day. I really like the chocolate one.

I have been wondering the same thing! I just bought two packs of the pre-made shakes (chocolate!) and haven't tried them yet!

Although, I have heard from friends that they taste amazing (they prefer pre-made to the powder, because of the possibility of chunks, ew!) and that they are good meal replacements!

I am wondering what is the opionion of GNC Lean Shake...and what kind of results anybody as gotten from them folllowed with a healthy diet.... emoticon
