Everybody has a certain challenge that they want to accomplish. Just want to share with everyone that I started my 90-day challenge yesterday. I am starting to take Bodybyvi protein shakes and have to say that it's working for me. So far I've lost 2lbs doing nothing which is already an accomplishment. Now imagine if I incorporate this with daily excercising. So far I feel great and I am praying for a healthy lifestyle throughout the summer. Can't wait. Have to ask what is your challenge?
