I am trying to get back to having and eliptical or treadmill. Especially with the cold months coming up.

Depends. I use the elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. I also take classes like spinning, Total Body Conditioning, and Body Pump. I need variety or else I get bored.

I low my treadmill for running indoors when weather is bad . I also love the elliptical for full body and more of a challenge. Those 2 are my fav.

I love the recumbent elliptical at my gym. Has tons of different programs so boredom is rarely an issue. Also a huge fan of stationary bikes.
