A tie between Zumba and kickboxing! But sometimes when it's been a stressful day, there's nothing better than getting a good jog or walk in and zoning out to a playlist

My favorite exercise of all time is running. I know I should do other stuff, but I hate to take the time away from running!

Depends. I use the elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. I also take classes like spinning, Total Body Conditioning, and Body Pump. I need variety or else I get bored.

I low my treadmill for running indoors when weather is bad . I also love the elliptical for full body and more of a challenge. Those 2 are my fav.

I love the recumbent elliptical at my gym. Has tons of different programs so boredom is rarely an issue. Also a huge fan of stationary bikes.

I always thought Yoga was a "sissy" exercise. Until I tried it! Now I am totally addicted to it!!!!

Although 1 month ago I could barely force myself to do 5 minutes on the elliptical, I have learned to love it! I now do 45" to an hour daily.

I have started spinning classes, but the bike seat hurts my butt so bad, that I hate it!

good 4 u...........me it's lifting weights that does it for me. I love chest flys or bicep curls. I also love going for a nice long ( 3 to 4 mile) walk.

I love, love, love my treadmill. When I am having a really bad day, I put in my ear buds, and jog a few miles. What a stress reliever.
