either
a) BREAKFAST - 1 cup oat bran with 1 scoop chocolate protein powder topped with fruit
b) PROTEIN PANCAKE
-with carbs: 1/2 cup oatmeal (cooked), 1/2 scoop protein powder, 3/4 cup egg substitute, sweetener...cook like a pancake!!
-without carbs: 1 cup egg substitute, 1 scoop protein powder (i love chocolate), sweeteners, cook like a pancake!!

pb2 is great in the pancakes too... mmmm drool.

can you tell i have a sweet tooth? hahah
