Popcorn is my favorite in the salty/crunchy category, especially if I'm looking to get a good amount of volume for my calories.

Dried salted green beans, or peanut butter filled pretzels.
Nuts.

Pretzels are good. I also like bean chips....lentil chips...I've seen them before.

Carrots or celery with hummus or spinach-yogurt dip are great. Or you could do a homemade slaw.
