I just want to finally stay on track. I've had three healthy days in a row. Three days of using spark people. Three days of not overeating. And I'm feeling great! I'm dreading the weekend, because that's normally when I make mistakes. But this time will be different. This time I have spark people keeping me accountable. I'm going to plan my meals just like during the week and workout after my play rehearsal. April will be the beginning of my Healthy New Year that January never was.
