Since you do like a variety of veggies, don't worry about not getting enough. Just eat a lot of the veggies you like. And as for eggs, if you can't eat them, then you can just use other foods for protein. Things with a lot of proteins are nuts, nut butters, tuna, turkey, milk, beans... there's a ton. You could also have protein smoothies for snacks. They sell protein powders in a lot of grocery stores. Try Trader Joe's. You can mix them with milk and fruits to make a healthy and delicious snack!

If you don't like them, don't eat them. :) You don't HAVE to have salads. If you like carrots, corn, peas, and green beans... then eat those!
Eggs are very healthy foods, and great sources of protein. That doesn't mean you have to eat them. :)
Try some other vegetables cooked in different ways. You can put whatever you want on a salad. There are plenty of others foods besides the few you mentioned. Sneak veggies into pasta sauce or pizza. Eat fish, beans, lean meats, oatmeal, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese and fruits. Use whole wheat/grain breads and pastas. Limit your condiment use.

What do you do when there are certain things that you really dont like to eat? I don't like salads, I only like raw carrots, corn, peas and green beans. I don't eat eggs often, I can only stand eggs every once in a while.
If there are any other healthier foods for me to try, please help me.
